Job opportunity: Sales Assistant

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales assistant with at least 2-3 years of experience working with international customers.


Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with our customers, sending Quotes, and negotiating delivery schedules

  • Receiving customer orders, invoicing customers, organizing package shipping

  • Other administrative tasks


Basic skills:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Familiarity with the standard ordering procedure, export customs, and tariff codes

  • 2-3 years of experience working with international customers

  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software tools

Additional:

  • Knowledge of Spanish or German
