We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales assistant with at least 2-3 years of experience working with international customers.
Key responsibilities:
Communicating with our customers, sending Quotes, and negotiating delivery schedules
Receiving customer orders, invoicing customers, organizing package shipping
Other administrative tasks

Basic skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English
Familiarity with the standard ordering procedure, export customs, and tariff codes
2-3 years of experience working with international customers
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software tools
Additional:
Knowledge of Spanish or German
